About Me

I'm a Sports Management major at Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL) maintaining a 4.0 GPA and Dean's List recognition, with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Colorado Mountain College already in hand. I'm also a former varsity soccer and basketball captain at Salida High School in Colorado.

My career focus is on women's sports operations and league development — combining my playing background, governance experience, and academic policy work to help grow the business of women's sports from the inside.

On campus, I serve as President of the Sports Management Club (150+ members) and Parliamentarian for Lynn's BPA chapter. I also work part-time in the culinary industry, which has sharpened my sense of execution under pressure and hospitality-level attention to detail.

Women's Sports
Advocacy

Women's sports is at an inflection point. Viewership is breaking records. Investment is flowing. But the infrastructure, policy, and operational talent needed to sustain this growth still lags behind the momentum. That gap is exactly where I want to work.

My academic research, career targets, and campus leadership are all oriented around the same goal: building the business of women's sports from the inside — with a focus on league operations, policy equity, and creating pathways for athletes after their playing careers end.

From writing equity amendments to the NWSL's HIP Rule to pursuing league operations internships with the USL W League, I'm committed to turning advocacy into action at every level available to me right now.

🏟️
League Operations
Pursuing hands-on operations roles in pre-professional and professional women's leagues to build the institutional knowledge needed to run them well at scale.
📣
Campus Leadership

🤝
Network Building
Actively connecting with women in sports leadership — through Teamwork Online, LinkedIn, and event volunteer roles — to grow a community as much as a career.
